  • All additional BeHappyNow Laser Coaching sessions are 15-minutes in length - approximately 2 minutes to check in, 9 minutes to discuss what's on your mind, and 4 minutes for us to determine your homework.

  • You’ll have access to unlimited 15-minute BeHappyNow LaserCoaching sessions for a full year — as long as you complete your homework between sessions. It’s a simple rhythm of growth and support: insight, action, reflection, repeat.
