THIS IS A BINDING AND LEGAL AGREEMENT DEFINING THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF www.RaginiMichaels.com, a subsidiary of Facticity® Trainings, Inc. (FTI) WHO IS PUTTING ON THIS PROGRAM AND THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANT UNDERSIGNED.THE PARTIES AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THE ENTIRETY OF THE AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH ITS CONTENTS.

The participant has been advised and understands that this program is not therapy nor intended to treat of any illness or disease.This program presents concepts and tools to be learned by the participant for the purpose of expanding their skill base and professional expertise. The participant has been advised and understands that the program identified below may involve deep work with the unconscious mind, which work is challenging and may create emotional disequilibrium and disturbance while the unconscious mind is engaged in the process of change and growth.

The participant has been advised and understands that each participant has individual capabilities and conditions which affect the pace and quality of their work, ie. everyone has their own path and their own needs.

THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT EACH PERSON MUST REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ABILITY OF PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCESSES PRESENTED. EACH PERSON HAS THE RIGHT AND RESPONSIBILITY TO CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROCESS OR NOT. THE PARTICIPANT REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE IS IN GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND IS NOT SUFFERING FROM ANY DISEASE OR CONDITION, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL, WHICH WOULD PREVENT THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. IF EITHER THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSORS OF THE PROGRAM FIND ANY REASON THAT WOULD PREVENT THE PARTICIPANT FROM COMPLETING THE PROGRAM, THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSORS MAY IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE PARTICIPANTS INVOLVEMENT.

As additional consideration for the acceptance by FTI of the particpant's registration in the program, and since the ongoing participation in the program is primarily within the control of the participant, PARTICIPANT Hereby WAIVES AND RELEASES FTI, its directors, officers, and/or agents from ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF THE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS FOR PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR HARM, STRESS, OR MENTAL ILLNESS OR DISEASE, and claims arising out of any negligence of FTI, its directors, officers and agents
